Submitting a verification does not guarantee publication. RetroMelsArchive reviews every submission and may choose not to publish it, may omit the verifier name, and may correct, standardise or update the information supplied before or after publication. Your email address is used only to process the submission and send moderation/status updates. It is never published and is not used for marketing.

Submissions are stored privately until reviewed. If approved, the software title, format, verification date, download link and platform link are added to the public Verified Software list. The verifier is shown by name only when permitted and retained during moderation; otherwise the public list shows Anonymous. Your email address is used only for moderation/status updates and is never published or used for marketing.
